The entire process runs on ErgoScript smart contracts, ensuring provable fairness and transparent fund distribution.
The platform uses Ergo's native randomness capabilities to select winners in a verifiable way. Unlike traditional lotteries where users must trust the operator, ErgoRaffle's on-chain execution means anyone can verify that winners were selected fairly. This trustless design eliminates the possibility of manipulation while reducing operational overhead.
ErgoRaffle serves as infrastructure for community fundraising, charity events, and project bootstrapping within the Ergo ecosystem. Projects can configure ticket prices, prize structures, and funding goals. When a raffle completes, smart contracts automatically distribute funds to the project and prizes to winners, creating a self-executing crowdfunding mechanism that requires no intermediaries.
